    CMS Logistix is committed to providing reliable, timely, and efficient logistics services. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or return shipments may be considered.

    1. Service Disputes & Refund Eligibility

    Refunds or service credits may be issued under the following conditions:

    • Delivery Failure: If CMS Logistix fails to deliver a shipment without valid cause or customer fault.

    • Incorrect Billing: Overcharges or duplicate billing will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.

    • Damaged Goods: If goods are damaged during transit due to CMS Logistix’s negligence (and proper insurance coverage was selected).

    • Service Cancellation: Cancellations made before dispatch and within the allowable timeframe may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Delays due to weather, customs, government regulations, or other force majeure events.

    • Inaccurate, incomplete, or missing shipping documentation provided by the customer.

    • Shipments canceled after dispatch or already in transit.

    • Issues caused by third parties outside CMS Logistix’s direct control.

    2. Return of Goods (Freight Only)

    In cases where a return shipment is required:

    • Requests must be made within 7 business days of the original delivery date.

    • Standard return freight charges will apply unless the return is a result of an error by CMS Logistix.

    • All goods must be properly packaged, labeled, and ready for collection.

    Note: CMS Logistix does not accept returns of goods directly. This policy refers only to facilitating logistics for returned freight on behalf of clients.

    3. Refund Process

    To initiate a refund request, the following conditions must be met:

    • A formal request must be submitted within 7 business days of the incident or delivery date.

    • Supporting documentation must be provided, such as shipment references, proof of damage, or billing statements.

    • Each case will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be made within 5–10 business days.

    • If approved, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or credited to the customer’s account.

    4. Policy Limitations

    • All refund and return claims are subject to CMS Logistix’s internal verification and discretion.

    • This policy does not override any contractual terms or service-level agreements (SLAs) in place with individual clients.

    • CMS Logistix reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
